Ye qanooni sharait hain. Aap ke liye ahem baatein sirf teen hain: delivery free hai, payment parcel milne par hai, aur ghee mein milawat nikle to khula tin bhi wapas, poora paisa. Tafseel Refunds & Cancellation aur Shipping Policy par hai.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sarwar Sons Farm website (the "Service") operated by Sarwar Sons Farm ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or an incomplete or unreachable delivery address. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will not be charged anything.
Payment
We operate on a Cash on Delivery basis. Payment is made in cash to the delivery rider at the time you receive your parcel. No advance payment is required, and we do not collect card or bank details.
Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: unopened tins may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened tins are accepted only where the product is shown to be adulterated — in which case we refund in full and also cover the cost of any laboratory test.
Your Account
Creating an account is optional — you can order without one. If you do create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sarwar Sons Farm and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan.
Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sarwar Sons Farm. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policy of any other website you visit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sarwar Sons Farm and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under our Refunds & Cancellation policy or under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refunds & Cancellation policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sarwar Sons Farm regarding your use of the Service.
